When we compiled it all together, we realised the results were too good not to share, so we created our first Impact Report for 2024, and our next Impact Report for 2025.

Impact Report – 2024
The Forshaw Group’s impact reaches significantly further than the area where it is based.
The company is bucking the trend by encouraging more women into construction.
It is also having a significant impact on the region’s economy, with its commitment to apprenticeships and giving young people from all backgrounds the opportunity to thrive.
The business is also committed to its wider environmental, social and governance objectives – appointing champions and giving them the tools to succeed.

The Forshaw Group is committed to encouraging and supporting the next generation of skilled trades workers and industry leaders, giving young people the opportunity to excel, regardless of their backgrounds.
By continuing to encourage more women into construction, as well as supporting the retraining of ex-servicemen and women after a life in the Armed Forces, and provide second chances for reformed prisoners, The Forshaw Group’s impact is having a wider and significant impact than solely its geographic location.
The company’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives are reflected in its champions’ commitments to the team and community, with high importance placed on wellbeing, charity and succeeding at challenges.
