A property suffered water damage to multiple rooms, and we assisted with replacement parquet flooring, skirts, architrave, tiles and decoration.
Innovation Group
We received a call for quite a risky subsidence issue that involved propping up a bedroom ceiling to replace the lintel and brickwork, and install stitch bars to make this safe. We concluded the work with new joinery and redecoration.
L&G
A water leak caused damage to multiple rooms. We had to remove the marley tiles and the adhesive floors to dry out and then we latex-levelled all the floors, to ensure a smoother finish. We provided the joiner works and replacement base units, and instated the decorative finishes the customer wanted, and they are very happy with the result.
Sedgwick
A property was suffering from water ingress coming from the roof, causing damage to the lounge and the hall floors and ceilings. These areas needed to be fully stripped out, dried, and reinstated as previous.
