Managing director of The Forshaw Group, Liam Hanlon, was delighted to recently attend the Liverpool City Region Apprenticeship Graduation 2021.
Held on 25th November, the ceremony took place at Liverpool Grand Central Hall, located on Renshaw Street, in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
Liam attended to represent The Forshaw Group as a key business in Knowsley, and as an avid apprentice ambassador. Liam also had the opportunity to discuss the specific issues being experienced in attracting, training, and retaining apprentices within the construction industry with Steve Rotherham MP, the Metro Mayor of Liverpool City Region.
The Forshaw Group is passionate about providing skills and opportunities for young people across the construction industry, and is committed to support apprenticeships to address the issue of the industry skills shortage. The company recently received a special commendation in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021, which was a fantastic recognition of this support.
