The Forshaw Group was delighted to recently celebrate the long and successful career of Roy Holden, as the company wished him well on his retirement.
Roy has been with The Forshaw Group for 50 years as a Painter and Decorator, having started at the company in 1971 as an apprentice.
Roy was presented with an award and certificate, as well as a celebratory gift of flowers and champagne to toast his retirement.
The presentation was hosted by director of The Forshaw Group, Glen Simpson, and managing director, Liam Hanlon. Also in attendance were other long-standing employees of The Forshaw Group, including Kevin Burgess, Dave Proffit, and Graham Johnston.
Managing director, Liam Hanlon, commented: “We thank Roy for his long and loyal service to The Forshaw Group. We are all sad to see him go and he will be sorely missed, but we wish him a long, happy and very well deserved retirement.”
