Our team is very important to us so we are delighted to announce that, following a recent annual review, The Forshaw Group has retained its accreditation against the Investors in People. We are now committed to the attainment of the Gold Standard ‘We Invest in People’ framework.
Conducted remotely in December 2020 via Zoom, key elements of our successes were highlighted, including:
We carried out a major exercise to align our KPIs with those of our major clients. 120 people went through a tailored customer experience programme and we have now moved to being in these client’s highest range of performers.
We have also added several new services to our range, including the replacement of cladding on high-rise buildings and the additional facility we acquired for storing people’s goods whilst their properties are being repaired.
We carried out an organisational review with our ‘We Invest in People’ framework in mind, resulting in a new management structure and the creation of an empowered Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the directors. This was aimed at providing more effective leadership and management in each of our company’s operational areas. Early indications are that these are working well.
A mentoring programme at director and senior manager level has been introduced, so that our management structure continues to grow and develop in an effective manner to show that we strive to invest in people.
The Forshaw Group now produces a number of publications which are sent to all staff informing them of a range of topics including our 2021 vision, our objectives, progress being made, projects completed and celebrating individual successes. A short promotional film was produced and sent out to all existing and potential clients, and we have implemented a regular programme of press releases, web articles and e-newsletters.
The review has also indicated areas where we can continue to improve, which we will strive to meet across this year.
