We were appointed on this job as the building’s rear wall had a significant bulge and was in danger of collapse.
A joint meeting and investigation was done with a structural engineer. and a programme of works was compiled.
We carried out the works. working with the customer to accommodate some small alterations. such as changing the window to patio doors.
The property was fully supported on an internal structural scaffold and external support and access system.
The internal ceilings, floors, and some of the walls where removed to allow the works. and these were all reinstated on completion.
