An online claims management interface allows insurance companies, loss adjusters and other parties involved in the claims process to track the real-time
progress of restoration work being carried out under their policies. The secure software has been enhanced based on client feedback with the aim of offering
a more user-friendly facility.
The efficiency and openness of these lines of communication have contributed significantly to the smooth running and satisfactory outcome
of the Forshaw claims management process.
2012 has seen the launch of a dedicated restoration facility in Speke.
Here, items that can be reclaimed are restored on-site or sent to specialist contractors.
The Forshaw Group has invested in new technology which logs every item removed from a location for renovation and storage in this new secure warehouse
before being returned or carefully disposed of by agreement with the owner and their insurer.
The level of continuity this service provides, speeds up the restoration process, and brings with it all the advantages of
reduced relocation time for insurers, businesses and home-owners.
