The Forshaw Group’s response was immediate and a big shout-out to Graham and Dave who were first to visit our home to jet wash all the mess left behind once the pipework had been repaired. Both were excellent, professional and friendly. They reassured us that any damage would be cleared up and work undertaken to repair or replace where necessary. Our front garden was severely damaged and therefore will need digging up and replacing. We also had a tonne bag of dry kiln logs damaged and a drain within our driveway which have now both been compensated for and fixed. We suffered a burst water main outside our property, which resulted in a lot of water coming onto our drive, leaving a large amount of debris, and washing away a lot of the inter block paving materials.
We had three visits over a couple of weeks from The Forshaw Group – a survey, a jet wash clean and a relaying of part of the block paved drive.
All three visits were conducted with professionalism and they always ensured we were happy with what the work they proposed/undertook.
What could have been a drawn-out process with United Utilities was quickly dealt with and we’re very satisfied with the end result.
