The Forshaw Group is dedicated to progressing our staff, to enhance inclusion, diversity and development across the business. Back in March, we were delighted that 12 members of The Forshaw Group team graduated the Project 24 Leadership Programme.
Comprised of individuals from across the business, the team was coached over several months by Paul Reynolds of Mentor Corporate Coaching in all aspects of leadership and personal development.

As part of this ongoing Project 24 Leadership Programme of development for our staff and the business, The Forshaw Group’s Senior Leadership Team has been engaged in a number of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives.
These initiatives will promote and support collaboration, communication and teamwork towards increased operational efficiencies.
