We were called to restore a kitchen for an elderly customer, who had had a long-term leak beneath the sink.
The entire kitchen had to be removed to expose the floor for drying, and then was reinstated once all was dry. We provided the plastering, joinery, tiling and decorations to the kitchen and adjacent lounge/diner.
The elderly gentleman was provided with alternative accommodation throughout the work, which was dealt with by his daughter, who was very impressed with the service:

Innovation Group
Subsidence caused damage to a property’s kitchen/diner, lounge and bedroom. A large area of the floor tiles had to be remove replaced, with plaster works, joinery and decorations throughout.
Aviva
A leak behind kitchen wall tiles had been ongoing for some time. There was also a secondary issue from the bath in the bathroom above that had leaked down to the kitchen. The old kitchen required removal to expose the wall, and also the plaster and tiles had to be removed for helping with this drying. These were then reinstated once al was dry. This project involved plastering, joinery, tiling and decoration work throughout.
