As part of its ongoing Re-Imagine project, The Forshaw Group has engaged in a series of training courses, in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU), to support the growth and development of the business.
Dr Janet Curran from LJMU has engaged with The Forshaw Group’s Senior Leadership Team to design a bespoke training workshop. This will then be available for several groups from a cross-section of all roles and responsibilities within the business.
This workshop, ‘Getting Ready for Change’, will examine any challenges faced within the business. A collaborative, factual plan will then be developed based on these findings, to deliver the required changes to support the continued success of the business.
Managing director of The Forshaw Group, Liam Hanlon, commented: “We are delighted to be partnering with Dr Janet Curran and Liverpool John Moores University for this insightful workshop.
“It will help us to highlight any challenges and ideas for improvement from the people who work here every day, which will strengthen our business, create a shared vision, and help us all to move forward together.”
