The Forshaw Group was thrilled to be an Associate Sponsor for the Echo Awards 2021, held last Friday 17 September at Liverpool’s stunning Titanic Hotel. Designed to champion selfless individuals and organisations across the region, the event was a huge success and a fantastic way to celebrate the community.
Alongside the hosts, actor Jessica Fox and TV personality Craig Phillips, and the other category sponsors, as an Associate Sponsor our managing director, Liam Hanlon, helped to present the 12 awards to the well-deserved winners throughout the event.
The Forshaw Group was also the proud sponsor of the Echo Awards category ‘Community Event of the Year’, and Liam Hanlon was delighted to award L11 Festival, which brought the residents of Ellergreen and Norris Green together through a new community garden, chess and literacy festivals, as well as a summer online writing and reading group.
Liam commented: “We had a brilliant time at the Echo Awards, celebrating all of the individuals and organisations who have contributed to the improvement of the Merseyside community.”

The next award ceremony on The Forshaw Group’s calendar is The North West LGBTQ+ Business Awards, to be hosted by the Thornton Hall Hotel on Friday 22 October. The Forshaw Group will be attending as an award finalist for the ‘Diversity & Inclusion Award’.
